Richard A. Clements, CIC  Richie is a Past President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Greater New Orleans, the Professional Insurance Agents of Louisiana and the Professional Insurance Agents of New Orleans.
Richie was recently appointed Vice-Chairman of the Property and Casualty Commission for the State of Louisiana by the Louisiana Department of Insurance. He sits on the Legislative Committee for
the Independent Insurance Agents of Louisiana. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Professional Insurance Agents of Louisiana. Richie has served on various civic boards in the area as
well as various insurance company agent advisory boards. Richie is a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity and the Krewe of Thoth.

Timothy has been with Clements Insurance Services since day one. After the hardships of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, Richie asked Tim
to join him at the insurance agency. Tim is licensed for Property and Casualty since 2006, and is ready to help you with your insurance needs. Tim graduated from Nicholls State University with a Bachelor
of Arts in Government. Timothy is a member of various social groups including Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity and the Boy Scouts of America.

Dave is a member of the Professional Insurance Agents of Louisiana and the Young Insurance Professionals. David attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and also worked for the Louisiana
Department of Insurance. David is a member of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity and enlisted in the Louisiana Army National Guard.

was founded by Richie Clements who now serves as president of the company. After many years of experience in the insurance industry,
Richie was working with Prudential Insurance Co. and getting many requests for coverages that Prudential did not handle. In addition, his business had grown too big to be handled alone.
As a solution to managing his success in the industry as well as a means of acquiring
coverages requested by his many clients, Richie co-founded Eslava & Clements, Inc. in 1978 as a full lines independent insurance agency. Eslava & Clements, Inc. grew to become one of the largest
insurance agencies in St. Bernard Parish and the Metropolitan New Orleans Area.
